By using the application, you can easily play any high-end games on your TV virtually without the need to hook up any gaming consoles.
To play the games that are available on the GeForce Now app, make sure to follow the steps listed below.
LG TV Tip! Only a limited number of LG Smart TVs support the GeForce Now app. To find out if your TV is one of them, visit the official website and check your LG TV model number from the list.
How to Install and Setup Geforce Now on LG TV
If you like to use your LG TV as a platform to play games, GeForce Now is the way to go. This app supports Cloud gaming, so you can play your favorite games online using your TV. To use the GeForce Now app for gaming, we recommend connecting your LG TV to a faster WIFI network.
1. With your LG TV turned on, open the Apps or LG Content Store on your TV.
2. Click the Search Icon on the TV and type in the word GeForce Now using the on-screen keyboard.
3. Select the GeForce app from the results and click on the Install button.
4. After installing, open the app on your LG TV and hit the Login button on the top right.
5. Now, you can see a QR code and a website URL displayed on the TV.
6. Either scan the QR Code with your smartphone or manually visit the website URL on a web browser.
7. Sign in with your NVIDIA GeForce account.
8. Once the login is done, you will go to the main page of the app.
9. In there, choose a game you like and hit the Play button on it.
10. Your GeForce app will now connect the Steam link on LG TV and start setting up the game files for playing.
11. When the setup is finished, click on the Ready to Play button and start gaming.
After setting up the game, you need to connect a Bluetooth gaming controller to your LG TV in order to play your favorite games.
